The first step to re-programming your stress response and changing your life is increasing your tolerance to stressful events. Our bodies don't know how to differentiate between actual life-threatening events and normal, everyday stressors. This then causes our bodies to go into "fight or flight" mode too often, and if this occurs for a long period of time, can cause detrimental effects to our life, relationships, work, body and mind.
First, watch the Lesson 1 Video, then view the Action Steps for this week. Lastly, take the self-assessment so you can more clearly understand where you are, and get a better awareness of what you want to shift.

Stress is contraction, and alongside rewiring our nervous system tension by utilizing Module 1's practices, we also need to release this contraction in our body. We need to replenish your body's energy and create healthy bloodflow and energy flow.

You have started to build a new foundation for your nervous system and body, and now it is time to align your mind with that of a stress-free resilient person. To get out of the "panic" or "monkey mind" pre-set, you will utilize new practices and repitition to reset your mind to frame your reality and experience through EASE. You learn how to change your mind frame from autopilot un-useful patterns, to useful ones. You want to live on purpose, not on accident, because you can't reach success on accident!
